Can I use Concierge for a one-off request?
Yes. You can enquire about a specific need without joining the Club or booking another service.
Can you coordinate my vehicle while I am away from Mallorca?
We assess this for each request. Before we begin, we agree the dates, vehicle access, people involved and required authorisations.
Can you coordinate with my usual workshop?
Yes. We can work with your workshop or find a suitable specialist. Any technical work is carried out by the agreed specialist.
What will I need to approve?
Before coordination begins, we confirm the scope, conditions and confirmed costs. Any additional work or significant change requires your approval.
How is a vehicle transfer or transport arranged?
We establish the vehicle, origin, destination and dates, then assess the appropriate option with a suitable provider. Germany–Mallorca can be considered as an individual request.
